Delphi Technology Corporation was founded in 2020 by two former air force colleagues, Alan Tay and Mike Bogaars. The company began with a vision to disrupt aviation and aerospace learning, contributing to the Next Generation Aviation Professionals pathway.
Today, Delphi has evolved as a leader in the field of training and education across all sectors, committed to empowering current and future generations of students and workers through the delivery of adaptive, accessible and quality competency-based training with a focus on extended realities (XR).
Delphi is committed to building education and training tools based on immersive virtual learning platforms — making it easy to learn any subject matter, in any learning environment, from anywhere in the world.

Since Delphi inception in April 2020 (during COVID), the founders have been bootstrapping with about 150K until last year when we raised from family and friends about 200 thousand in convertible notes and had just shy of a million in government grants. Over the past year, we have completed a number of pilots generating over $300,000 in revenue, and we have converted 3 of the early adopters into long-term contracts. In 2023, we are looking to expand this year with our existing working MVP with go to market in North America, basically the US, Canada and Asia Pacific. However, the opportunities are knocking on our doors earlier than expected due to recent regulation changes to our favour in Europe.

We have is an enterprise SaaS model with seat package. Based on the pilots we completed, the acquisition cost is about $25k with estimated LTV of over half a million each.

Delphi’s product VRCity is an immersive self-paced learning platform with your own smart instructor (cloned to your own best trainer) to train in the virtual world. The intelligent trainer can provide you with real-time feedback conversationally by quizzing you similarly to an instructor or visually via text. Putting on goggles, you can also use your own hands to perform tasks in the Virtual world creating muscle memory and running a checklist. Filling the gap for task competency assessment. It will spark simple decision-making such as the fuel can be contaminated. And if you are in danger, instead of crashing, the trainer will put you to safety and guide you on the task safely like an actual instructor.
