We make service around the customer a real application.

We use natural language processing and machine learning to allow customers to navigate the IVR via a mobile device. We also have a multi-modal approach which allows customers to select the channel they prefer, with our machine learning capabilities and AI we are able to see what is the best ideal time to speak with an agent based on real time data, this allows companies to reduce the number of agents they need over time as we shift demand to times where there is no hold. If a customer does not have a companies app they can still receive an SMS with a link to the visual application allowing them a similar user experience. serviceMob also provides the ability for bio-metric authentication/face recognition to remove the barrier of having to remember passwords and account numbers, this significantly reduces call times and improves the customer experience and gross margin. Our ability to track and keep record of these interactions also allows customers to trace the paths they have taken previously to resolve their issue. We can allow customers to schedule a chat or call, we even collect NPS data. With all of this behavioral and interaction data we then create a dynamically changing navigation model for customers to use that is based on their preferences and ways thinking!
