To do this nationally she has founded an Enterprise Technology company that uses AI/NLP/ML to significantly reduce human workload so that humans can focus on what only humans can do. This is a pain felt by more than 200,000 brokerages in North America so the IP will be white labeled and sold as a SaaS. The financial savings will be so significant that conventional brokerages will have a tough time competing if they don't utilize our AI tools and services.

Tru Realty was founded more than 12 years ago in the largest real estate downturn in history by a very successful Phoenix real estate agent, Sarah Richardson, who started her traditional brick-and-mortar brokerage to produce highly educated and professional real estate agents. In 2021 the brokerage began its national expansion by opening LLCs in 40 states and recruiting 250+ agents in more than 20 states. Tru Realty is seeking $1.5M to fund the expansion to 8,000-10,000 sales agents over five years by hiring recruiters and managing brokers, developing systems administering a national brokerage, marketing, obtaining a Regulation A exemption, and fully embracing the blockchain with smart contracts, NFTs, and a real estate token. While most well-known national residential real estate brokerages operate under the franchise model, Tru Realty is a single brokerage operating in multiple states. Perhaps the biggest challenge in expanding a brokerage on a national scale is the cost of the managing staff, especially the high-paid managing brokers who command $100,000 to $250,000 in annual salaries. Traditional brokers can manage up to 150 sales agents before another managing broker must be hired. In 2020 Tru began to develop a suite of “bots” that would significantly reduce the workload of managing brokers, recruiters, onboarders, trainers, and transaction coordinators, in some cases by up to 90%. The Recruiter bot has already signed on sales agents without any human interaction on Tru’s behalf, and the Broker bot’s 1.0 has been completed. During development it became clear that AI and Natural Language Processing would be required to reach the desired workload reduction, so Tru Realty spun the IP off into a PropTech-EduTech company named reTEQ so that it can be white labeled to brokerages worldwide. Tru’s revenue model is the tried and true conventional real estate brokerage model that generates nearly as much revenue from the fees it charges agents and clients as it does from the commissions and referrals it retains from real estate sales transactions. The model is tied to the number of agents that the brokerage can recruit and retain, though there is significant revenue derived by a very large number of sales agents who pay to sign up and train but do not continue their real estate careers. Tru currently has the managing brokers on staff to expand to 1,000 sales agents, so the initial main focus will be hiring more than a dozen recruiters to enroll as many sales agents as possible. Marketing will focus on 16 states that have shown the greatest potential, and systems will be developed or implemented to maintain a large, national operation. The operation will be tokenized, bringing smart contracts and NFTs into the equation. A Regulation A exemption will allow for crowdfunding and stock option offerings to sales agents. The company is positioning to go public but is expected to be targeted for acquisition prior to that.
