What Problem We are Solving
Problem
Group Travel Organizations manage millions of travelers each year, with total spend in the billions, and they currently use Excel, emails, and paper documents to organize incredibly complex logistics and itineraries; this leads to heavy lifting for coordinators, outdated tools for travelers, and a higher chance of risk or program cancellation. GTOs also collect valuable information but are unable to leverage the significance of that data, thus miss a catalyzing opportunity.
About Us
About Us
For the first time ever, coordinators can now effectively manage the entire group travel lifecycle through one platform.
Our web-app allows clients to manage several programs, track their travelers, view analytics, and engage with over 30 different integrations. This is saving time, establishing company-wide congruence, and protecting programs long term. Our mobile app allows travelers to communicate, access their information and tools anytime, anywhere even with offline capabilities which enhances traveler safety and ensures accessibility. Through the database, we provide archived data and the opportunity to scale as we incorporate Machine Learning to interpret our clients' unique datasets.

Business Model
Business Model
We have made $300,000 through a monthly subscription and traveler user fee. We are on track to reach $1.5MM in 12 months by achieving a 3.14% WoW growth rate and by diversifying our revenue streams to capture 186% more revenue from existing customers. To achieve this, we also already have SDR contracts ready to increase our sales team in the next 3 months.
As we’ve grown, we also have large enterprise customers like JetBlue products (inbounded to us) or the Travel Team (one of the largest travel agent providers in the nation) that have requested contracts worth millions of dollars. However, our long-term plan is to build a growth engine that increases our WoW growth rate to 5% and continues expanding contract value size to $70 per traveler. By capturing at least 10% of the TAM, we can reach $502 million dollars in revenue.
Competitive Advantage
Quote
Unlike our competitors, who have only built solutions for one step in the coordinator workflow, Left is the first solution that serves the entire travel life cycle.
Our competitors have been around forever and they've been doing the same thing over and over again: creating a one-step solution for a small portion of the market.
Their products magnify the already cumbersome aspects of travel planning and potential customers are hardly using them.
We are constantly improving our product and talking to the market. Other companies have had the same product on the market for years. Unlike our competitors, when I had an MVP, I was asking customers about their entire workflow. When I asked them the last time they talked to competitors, not one had heard from them since they bought their software.
We know we need to talk to them.
They've forgotten group travel has to be effortless and enjoyable, and we've figured out how to do that by creating a software that automates the entire coordinator workflow.

Go-To Market Strategy
Business Strategy
In the early days, we closed our first clients through cold calls, cold emails, and warm introductions. Our early success was due to my persistence, empathy with the users' problems, and by inviting them into the building process.
Now, for professional coordinators, we do direct email outreach and custom audience display using resources and guides as lead hooks. We also create search ads for high-converting keywords, and maintain positions in software directories to establish traffic from co-marketing and rev-share partners.

Competitive Analysis
Competitive Analysys
Three identified competitors are Terra Dotta, MissionsManager, and Travefy.
Terra Dotta is an unattractive, hefty, and outdated software specifically for study abroad applications in higher education. MissionsManager is a single-use fundraising platform that attempts to manage missions trips and travelers. Travefy is a software just for creating itineraries. They've had the same product on the market for 7 years.
We are open to meeting up to grab a coffee, or just to chat.
We would really enjoy your feedback and insight into our venture and would be happy to discuss anything that you are currently working on to see if we can be of service!
