What Problem We are Solving

Covid-19 accelerated existing trends in ecommerce including the overall growth of ecommerce as a share of total global retail. The US Department of Commerce estimated a 30% jump in ecommerce revenues between 2019 to 2020 in the US alone, and that growth is expected to persist. The change in customer buying patterns is driving predictions that ecommerce as a share of global retail will grow from 17% at the start of the pandemic to 52% by 2025. Within the ecommerce sector, crossborder sales have nearly doubled since 2020 from less than 12% to 21% in the last year, and crossborder continues growing at triple the rate of domestic ecommerce as a whole. 

Though accelerated by the pandemic, this trend predates covid-19: as early as 2018 Amazon noted that crossborder sales growth among its 3P merchants was 60% greater than its overall sales growth. Brands are scrambling to adapt to this new reality even as new marketplaces (and new markets) proliferate around the world. Most need 2 things to adapt successfully: A true omnichannel partner to enable them to manage multiple channels of sales, including shipping + supply chain +marketing +operations + finance, across all channels. Intelligence and data insights to help scale without prohibitive capital requirements.

About Us
Eunimart is a vertical PaaS (platform as a service) model, driving growth by building a 3-sided flywheel of ecosystem partners, channels of sales, and sellers. Today ecommerce sellers struggle to find the right partners to support their operational needs, and to succeed on multiple channels of sales due to the significant friction involved. Meanwhile, marketplaces are trying to build demand and support sales growth, but typically see only 1 to 1.5% of their sellers bringing in as much as 90% of their total GMV.

We see three core components needed for success: tech-enabled merchants with the ability to quickly expand to new channels profitably; merchant access to the ecosystem partners they need to enable operations in every market (e.g. warehousing, logistics, marketing); and marketplaces and webstores with the capacity to support the profitable growth of most of their merchants. Eunimart is building the capacity to seamlessly integrate each of these three critical elements into a powerful flywheel for sustained growth across channels of sale around the world.

Business Model

Business Model
We follow a Product Led Pricing model, such that companies pay us after they have achieved value in the form of revenues growth or cost reduction. We have a SaaS pricing model where merchants can signup and use most of the platform for free. However, if they cross 300 orders a month or 2 channels of sales, they move into the first paid model - $35/user/month. There are several pricing tiers based upon usage. We also have a commission pricing model, where merchants don’t need to pay upfront to use our AI models, but will be charged a % commission on the GMV.
