B2B Approach
Our B2B strategy is simple: to help companies, universities, schools, nonprofit organizations and/or other related organizations provide a mental health experience for its users. We believe that there is a lack of strong, tangible resources on the market that includes a sound therapy experience like SoundMind, in addition to providing mental health resources, analytics and data on each organizations’ users to better understand the overall mental health of the collective.
In December of 2021, U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy issued a nation-wide advisory to highly the urgent need to address the nation’s youth mental health crisis. “The COVID-19 pandemic further altered [children, adolescents, and young adults] experiences at home, school, and in the community, and the effect on their mental health has been devastating. The future wellbeing of our country depends on how we support and invest in the next generation” Dr. Murthy noted.
In aligning with this, SoundMind is focusing our market on the mental health of all demographics: children, adolescents, young adults and more from all backgrounds — because mental health is just that important.
Our Strategy to Approach Customers
We are focusing on a three-pronged approach when approaching customers on the benefits of bringing in SoundMind as a resource for their organizations:
1) Educate — In order for decision-making parties to understand the need for a mental health resource like SoundMind, we need to educate customers on why a resource like this is necessary. We’ll introduce educational content on the benefits of music therapy, binaural beats, brain exercises, and more; in addition to showcasing different case studies of other organizations using SoundMind.
2) Engage — We’ll engage with customers by diving deep into their needs to understand what else it is that we can deliver in a successful engagement and contract. Whether that’s data analytics of the mental health of their users, or to be a central hub of mental health resources, we stand ready to understand the customer needs and to deliver as needed.
3) Execute — The SoundMind Team will execute on the contracts to ensure a smooth delivery and customer use of our product. We’ll be providing strong customer support as needed, and be on standby to assist with technical needs, overall customer support, as needed.
