To our knowledge, UDI?s proprietary voice platform is the only product of its kind available in North America or Europe. Our main product advantages are back-end integration with multiple fleet dispatch systems and the use of open standards technology, which allows the product to evolve at low costs. Most importantly, no vendor other than UDI has integrated with multiple industry back-end systems. Such integration is extremely difficult and generally requires cooperation from the vendor itself or engineers intimately familiar with the relevant back-end system, either of which is usually difficult and costly to achieve. This difficulty has prevented most potential competitors from entering the space. Additionally, because of UDI?s very strong relationships with the ground transportation industry, we have already-- and further expect--to gain rapid market penetration with very large players. Because medium-sized and smaller players tend to buy from vendors that have been validated by the larger players, we expect sizable continued growth. Finally, we have filed for patents on several proprietary areas of our technology, which in addition to our expected market lead, will allow us to be in a strong position to license our technology to otherwise potential competitors or keep them out of the market altogether.

UDI?s current management, including the CEO, have significant relationships with key owners and senior management in the industry, which has already provided UDI with the some of the largest taxi companies in North America as its customers. Because of these strong industry relationships and its unique technologies, UDI has quickly become the market leader for its products and services.
