UCT has developed a new patent pending wearable technology communication protocol to control lights, objects & communication devices. Every object can be individually located & controlled. Allows for 2-way communication. Geo-Specific data targeting down to 6” square. Allows for synchronous control of any number of objects. 5 - 10x cheaper than any comparable off-the-shelf wireless controller (i.e. Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.). 1000x greater scalability and efficiency than any comparable technology on the market. Data commands are delivered through a virtual 3D grid allowing for random distribution of objects in any geographic setting. Our 1st application transforms the audience into an immersive and interactive display screen weaving the sponsor directly into the emotional fabric of any game or music event. Wearable technology led lighting devices that turn the crowd into a display screen. Atomz allow advertisers to integrate thematically appropriate graphics and video into the crowd-created display screen. Given away for free courtesy of corporate sponsors at concerts, sports events, and festivals. Provides a next-generation visual and emotional experience for attendees. Advertisers benefit by sponsoring the mood and creating a powerful connection to their brand. 2-way communication allows for continued sponsor contact after event.

Our primary exit strategy is through acquisition within a 2 year window. Total or majority share acquisitions will be considered depending on the continuing development of the technology for other applications in the Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Military industries. Amongst our initial target clientele are several entities who have been active in acquiring companies that expand their ability to connect corporate sponsors with experiential advertising platforms/opportunities. UCT was primarily formed for the explicit purpose of creating disruptive and salable technology in the entertainment vertical.

Technology Because each individual ATOMZ light unit is designed to intelligently determine its own physical position at a rate approaching 1000x/sec. while simultaneously responding to a broadcast light shows delivered color commands, ATOMZ can be randomly distributed at the gate/door without any additional steps required by UCT, the event host, the sponsor, or most importantly, the attendee to complete the desired overall image, light show, etc. This core UCT technology, while being reproducible by a team of hardware and software engineers skilled in the appropriate fields, would take a potential competitor at least 1-2 years to develop to usable maturity, and an investment of $1-2 M in resources. A competitor would need to assemble a team of engineers with expertise in a number of diverse areas, such as RF antenna design, RF communication, mixed signal and RF electronics design, digital electronics design, embedded programming, network communication, and computer graphics. In addition, the CSWAP (cost, size, weight and power) requirements overlay an additional set of constraints making the optimal solution much more difficult to achieve. Additional detail provided in IP Analysis Attachment. The Team The strength of UCT lies within the varied, and directly relevant, backgrounds of the founders and board members/advisors. At their core ATOMZ are an advertising vehicle, conceived and built to create compelling new advertising real estate that is all at once flexible, affordable, and extremely scalable in its ability to meet the logistical limitations of any venue. Immersive and interactive by nature in how it involves the very people an advertiser is looking to resonate with, plus powerful enough to generate ad impressions that will far exceed that of any other current form of advertising via the above mentioned “conversational starting” nature and the expected social and viral benefits generated by those who personally experience an ATOMZ show. If one understands and accepts the growing desire of advertisers and companies to indelibly weave themselves directly into the fabric of sporting and EDM events, one can begin to understand that technology developed to not only enhance the spectacle of an event, but to also artfully blend in an advertisers message within the context of said event, is the next logical step. In addition to the technical competitive strengths (detailed below), a directly relevant competitive strength of UCT lies within the personal and professional relations we enjoy within the sports and music verticals. The 3 founders of UCT and UCT’s Advisory Board members all have individually diverse professional backgrounds that directly come into play, and seamlessly merge together, to positively impact the ATOMZ product and its commercial application: Media Sales and Consulting, Entertainment Lighting Product Development and Sales, Military Grade RF Antenna, Communications, Electronics Design and Application, and Sports Media Consulting. Scalable Distribution Our technology, manufacturing capabilities, and deployed labor teams allow for up to 1,000,000 delivered units through associated shows/events per month. UCT Technology Think Tank Comprised of UCT’s network of Cal Tech and MIT PhD’s, and Advertising Agency SVP’s, and UCT Board Members. Exclusively dedicated to next generation solutions to problems/opportunities present within large scale advertising/marketing placement. Relations with Sports and EDM key decision makers An essential strategy for rapidly gaining business within the target verticals is to employ or engage individuals who bring extensive personal and professional relationships to the UCT table. We believe that not only will it expedite the time it takes for us to commercialize , but in some instances it will be the only way to gain entrance into the market. In brief, time is of the essence and UCT understands that these types of connections will make all the difference between capturing majority market share or finishing a distant second. Relations with key ad agencies and Fortune 500 advertising clients These relations will prove vital to developing additional sponsor demand with and for events in situations where there may be underutilized or undervalued advertising real estate that’s created by ATOMZ. In instances where there aren’t any existing contractual advertising restrictions for a given event, UCT will serve as the de facto broker between the event and the ad agency. Exclusive Provider Agreements Another key strategy for preventing any future competitors from gaining market share. These EPA’s will ideally provide us with 4 or 5 year windows of business free of any meaningful competition within this newly defined advertising space. These EPA’s will also increase the overall valuation of UCT when/if acquisition exit talks/opportunities occur. UCT Branding Initiatives and PR Firm Engagement We aren’t just a product, but a brand that represents an experience. From the context of the events (big event exclusive perception) to the cutting edge development and creation of light shows courtesy of a spin-off “LJ” company, we seek to brand ourselves, and ATOMZ, as THE premier event enhancement company in the world. Our branding and PR efforts will extend into all client facing facets of the company.

Go-To Market Strategy

Business Strategy
Sports events, EDM (Electronic Dance Music)events, and music concerts and those corporate sponsors/advertisers who target the Millennial Generation attendees at said events. Fees can be derived through providing both a high-value user experience as well as a new advertising platform, charged separately or in combination. Fees are set per audience member and pricing targets have been based on recent, more basic, light show products on the market (e.g. Xylo-Band). Numerous discussions with potential venues, show operators, and music acts have demonstrated significant interest. A strategic relationship has been negotiated for sporting events in particular - Sports Business Group. It is expected that several commitments will be obtained immediately after UCT's successful demonstration at scale in a stadium environment (10,000 unit light show). This is expected within the April/May timeframe. We expect rapid sales growth once the capability becomes widely known (expected immediately through organic direct and viral marketing).
