According to a 2023 Harris Poll of 2,500 U.S. adults, only 27% of their medical needs are being met. In 2023, there were all kinds of home devices, telehealth, and manned clinics in drugstores. Their main reasons: 44% of the time they skipped or delayed needed care for Cost (40%) or Time (30%); 31% of the time it took too long to get an appointment And for seniors it gets more challenging because 80% have one or more chronic conditions. When viewing a semi-rural population with 97,384 pops, their highest chronic illnesses among adults are: Diabetes (worst), Asthma and Coronary heart disease; all 96 percentile or greater. Medical studies suggest that regular attention could improve the basic statistics by 8%-68%!!

We have been bootstrapping for 10+ years, finding the right combination of technologies to have a unique solution. We hold 4 issued patents for that, plus with our medical advisors, have identified unique opportunities for AI to make exams shorter for physicians, provide free or lower cost patient feedback with a health score before physician intervention, and use our patented seatback stethoscope to conduct analysis in lieu of x-rays. And all this can be tied together with a care management system, and/or EHR system.

The Center for Advancing Innovation 2021, NOVA Chamber’s MidAltantic Innovation Celebration Finalist 2020 & 2021.  We completed our MVP to demonstrate on video the functionality of the instruments over wi-fi.  We signed a distribution agreement for all of Africa.  And signed a partnering MOU with TeleDentists. GW-MFA is committed to test the first chair, and has suggested adding AI to improve clinician efficiency and provide patients lower cost health assessments.

The business model to sustain the growth is based on what some folks call the “copier model” or the “razor blade” model.  The smart clinics will be primarily leased in the first 2 years, with an added fee based on a per patient visit. The lease will be paid for by the provider and/or the host location of a clinic.  The per patient fee will be paid by the provider for use of software-telecom platform as they offer reimbursable services.  All participating entities would have a financial incentive for the success of the service at each location.   The business model for rural, urban, and suburban areas will be different. In rural areas, grants or other subsidies may offset the clinic purchase or lease amounts.
Pricing for care management follows the SaaS model.  For the basic services, the fee is ($10) per client per month. There are added monthly fees ($10) per patient with remote patient monitoring or with chronic care management, plus ($10) per transitional care episode or e-visit, which are charged to the patient.  These amounts would be collected by the host entity and paid to us.

Compared  to others we have a 'crackerjack' core team that has designed, developed and marketed complex systems that are easy to use. Plus we have 4 issued patents for our unique designs (seatback stethoscope, chair design, auto-instrument cleaning system, and Glucose strip disposal). These plus other devices provide more instruments for a clinician to have the patient apply, than our competition, and facilitates readings on the top three chronic illnesses. Our platform is robust so we can add other devices, and connect over satellite, cellular, wi-fi, internet or cable. The platform also is designed for remote monitoring, testing and updating where possible. Customers have a choice of a private self-cleaning (cabin) clinic, chair, or a van.  The platform is designed for AI enhancements at the cabin and chair, plus database buildout on patient experiences (neutered) and all connecting into one or more EHR/EMRs.

Go-To Market Strategy

Business Strategy
Our go-to market strategy, is a multi-step process to introduce a reliable and more economical version of a clinic. We will enhance MVP of the smart clinic chair, and validate its useability with GW-MFA tests. Once completed, we will file a Q-Submission with the FDA explaining our system and its use of already FDA approved devices.  Producing several units will allow us to demonstrate it in public venues.  This will be followed by market trials and signed agreements for vans through Aleph & Oneness Mobility Service.  This will allow us to focus sales on Smart Mobile Clinics to Rural Hospitals & Clinics, mobile & emergency services, Senior Living,  and Retailers. This will include contract Outbound Marketing services.

A second version of a Chair in van will have a refrigerator & lavatory.  We will initiate marketing, demos and services to user populations thereby encouraging partnerships with potential acquirers.

Competitive Analysis

Competitive Analysys
Manned clinics are higher cost operations that charge a minimum of $99 and require about 20 patients per day on average to breakeven.  They do not have a spirometer or 12 lead EKG or someone to interpret them.  This in part explains why CVS only has 1400 clinics out of their 6000 stores.  More rural areas are generally void.  And they generally do not tie into an EHR for consolidated medical records.
Amwell kiosks and others generally do not have all the basic devices for a full exam.  They, like our chairs, not our cabins, require a person as a local administrator. 
Tytocare has devices meant for use at home, but are not necessarily qualified by a provider.  Devices like them may not be clinical grade and most homes cannot afford a full set of instruments. A clinician needs a full set of devices for an accurate diagnosis and best medicines to prescribe.  And the clinician is depending not only on the accuracy of each device, but also the accuracy of the patient reading them and telling the truth.  Today's patients prefer quick access to quality healthcare, meaning less traveling to access the right diagnosis and prescription the first time.  
The only one of the above to check lung congestion from the back is CVS.  Other competitors that have failed in part because of this limitation includes HealthSpot. 
We took that challenge head-on and designed and patented the seatback stethoscope. The clinician up to hundreds of miles away can listen to the patient's lungs from any location on the back. And we designed with quality pre-approved devices that can be controlled by and monitored directly by the clinician.  The devices for a full basic exam included are:  the Seatback Stethoscope (patented), Chest Stethoscope, Weight Scale, Height Scale, Thermometer, Blood Pressure Cuff, Derma scope, Pulse Oximeter, and Otoscope.  For the 3 top chronic illnesses, we added the Spirometer (lung capacity), 12 pt. EKG (cardiology illness), Glucose/Ketone Monitor (for diabetics).  And our platform can accommodate and is planning to add other devices.
