Catch Mobile Health is transforming heart health care. Addressing the lack of specialist resources in rural areas, Catch is bridging the distance gap through the use of advanced telehealth technologies and mobile platforms to connect cardiologists with patients. Catch enables rural providers to offer cardiology assessments with remote measurement and diagnostics aided by AI-driven tools and Catch's medical team. This approach eliminates patient wait times and helps avoid preventable hospitalizations, cutting costs for payors. In 2024 Catch will expand its services to home-based care through its partnerships and agreements with clinically-certified, consumer-friendly assessment and monitoring technologies. Catch is launching its initial markets in Texas and Missouri with plans to expand its services to other medically underserved regions of the country representing some 83 million people and eventually into global regions with similar access challenges.

Business Model

Business Model
Our business model is a hybrid between software as a service (SaaS) and fee-for-service (FFS).  Revenue is generated from both private insurance companies (FFS) and medicaid and medicare along with license revenue from physician practices (SaaS).

We offer telecardiology services, focusing on early heart health evaluation through advanced non-invasive assessments like electrocardiography (EKG/ECG) and echocardiography (echo).

We provide customized care paths for wellness and preventive measures. Patients can access these services through affiliated primary care providers using CatchON PCP eConnect, mobile clinical platforms for regions with limited access, and soon, directly at home with CatchON eConnect @Home, enabling in-home examinations and monitoring.

We primarily bill patients designated insurance payor who in turn reimburse us for services rendered using predetermined procedural codes and predetermine reimbursement rates.  We also have commercial arrangements with corporations and other wellness program sponsors to provide the afore-mentioned services on a fixed volume basis.  We also accept patient direct pay requests.

Go-To Market Strategy

Business Strategy
Catch's go to market strategy focuses on data insight driven programs that informs our awareness generation and affiliation efforts to market to primary care providers and rural health centers located within medically underserved communities.  With initial operations having been established in The Woodlands, Texas (north Houston market) we will engage in multi-state growth with Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi as initial expansion states.  Our goal is to extend services nationwide and into global regions.
