Golf professionals have been the game's most trusted voice through the accumulation of significant knowledge and experience to share with their members/customers. Recently, because of time and cost of technology, they have been unable to custom fit and sell golf clubs, significantly impacting their ability to generate income for themselves and the golf club. Our soft-launch go-to-market strategy is underway to tap into 25 golf courses through a partnership with a management company as a pilot with near-term potential for 150 facilities. Our launch is scheduled for April of 2025. We will provide our proprietary club fitting technology to the golf professional at no change. Groove's simple SASS model will charge members of the club to use our data collection system to collect, analyze and provide prescriptive recommendations for golf equipment, while golf professionals will benefit by having the ability to better engage members through data sharing, retain members into their performance programs and generate commission through golf club sales. There is no cost to the golf course or instructor. Groove will receive 3%-5% commission for the fitting and sale of a golf club. Through this scalable and partnership friendly business model, we see the potential of a future partnership with The PGA of America (15,000 golf clubs), bringing a scalable golf club fitting technology and experience to all who play the game.

Our proprietary measurement solutions and software application enables consumers to be fit and to buy professionally built, custom-designed golf clubs from anywhere. The measurement technology provides a fast, accurate, repeatable, objective, manufacturer-agnostic golf club fitting, using a consumer-friendly platform that is exponentially faster than traditional in-person fittings. Custom designed golf clubs can then be selected at competitive prices through future partnerships with a retailer or an e-commerce platform.

Go-To Market Strategy

Our soft-launch go-to-market strategy is underway to tap into 25 golf courses through a partnership with a management company as a pilot with near-term potential for 150 facilities. Our launch is scheduled for April of 2025. The desired outcome of this is a partnership with The PGA of America's 15,000 domestic golf facilities and 28,000 men and women professionals who service the game. Other channel partners which we have held discussions with are "big box" retailers and golf's leading outdoor entertainment experience.

Groove's product is faster, more objective and achieves greater measurement accuracy than existing technologies, all while being delivered on commoditized wearable technology that athletes already own and use. Our software measures a single golfer’s swing efficiency versus their own history; every other known product in the market up to now uses camera-based coaching compared to professionals.  Golfers, coaches, and management all benefit from Groove’s easy-to-use performance improvement tools by regularly tracking a golfer's data and providing a reason to regularly communicate with each other over shared goals. Finally, Groove's performance data helps to enhance and better predict golfer experience and spend on green grass. None of our competitors are doing this.

By using our integrated performance improvement technology golfers can focus on enjoying the game, while providing critical user data to help inform coaches and management when making decisions. This leads to an improved golfer experience, a scalable software solution, better on-property engagement, increased brand value, higher revenue per member.
