Sherpa Aircraft is a new company based in TX, that specializes in the production of high-performance STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) aircraft. Our mission is to meet the growing demand for unimproved remote access in military, government, commercial, and private operations. 

Our aircraft are designed with extreme STOL capabilities, allowing them to operate in areas as small as 200-400 feet with a max crise speed of 200 mph. This exceptional performance enables safe, efficient transportation even at maximum weight, making our aircraft ideal for accessing remote and challenging locations.

Sherpa Aircraft has three previously built proof of concept models of the 5 place, 6 place reciprocating and 8 place Turbine (Garrett), ready to assemble, minus Engine and Avionics.   Sherpa has completed substantial engineering, finite analysis and started quality control, these 3 projects are 50% plus complete on certification process.

Complete certification, of 3 proof of concept variants add a fourth military variant with extensive waterfall adaptability.

Go-To Market Strategy

Business Strategy
Sherpa Aircraft Sales will be factory direct, with remote company demo pilots for localized customer experience.
Demo aircraft will be factory owned and maintained.  Rotated every year not to exceed two years.
Customers will be encouraged to attend a factory tour as part of the sales experience.

Sherpa will start a prearranged multi-media campaign with early access to some publications, to be embargoed until release date.  This release will be timed with major airshow (Oshkosh or Sun n Fun) for maximum effect.

Sherpa will conduct customer experience adventures, at airshows and seasonal locations.
Media campaign will feature Cross Market Sales Opportunity comparing cost / performance,  to helicopter operations.
Sherpa Aircraft will accept deposits and orders, once Type Certificate, Production Certificate and Quality Certificate are emanant.
Target first deposits will be within the 18-24 months from turn-key on factory on the 8-place turbine and 5-place. 
Contracts will require, deposits of 50% down, 25% at start of paint and final 25% on delivery.
