As part of the US Three Tier System - we must sell our product to a wholesaler, who sells it to a retailer, who sells it to consumers. We have committed distributors in each market we will launch. We've also brought on sales forces in each market we will launch. 

Palm Republic is a unique as it is a rum blend between 2 totally different regions (Panama and USVI). The blends have been curated for several years. 
Our Dark Rum is aged in sherry casks for 8 years giving it a very distinct, complex flavor that appeals to dark liquor drinkers. Unlike bourbon or whiskey, Palm Republic finishes sweet and without a burn - which appeals to a broader base of consumers. 
Our Light Rum is made with local ingredients and blended until it finishes smooth. It is clean enough to drink neat or perfect with cocktails - appealing to vodka and tequila drinkers.  

Each bottle has to be sold to licensed distributors, who sells to licensed retailers, who sells to the end consumer. 
We have a robust marketing plan to ensure bottles are pulled off the shelf including - tastings, events, large scale sponsorships (World Surf League, Pickle Ball, LIV Golf, etc.), influencers, travel promotions, BOGOs, discounts, etc. These are all outlined in the attached deck.
