VIO med spa started in Ohio in the pandemic and now has 25 locations nationwide. We are the area developers for Colorado and are licensed to open 17 locations in the Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs areas. We have one location open in Denver's Lowry neighborhood that we took over in November 2022 and are opening in Boulder at the end of 2023. We are currently negotiating our third lease in Lone Tree. Our approach is member-based to establish repeatable monthly revenue with significant member benefits to retain customers. and we have great support from the corporate team. The medical spa industry is growing at 15% yearly with continued growth expected over the next decade.
