Description

Bixel Exchange is an incubator and SPECIALTY SBDC (Small Business Development Center) offering free mentorship and advising for entrepreneurs at every stage and any industry, regardless of whether you’re in tech or not in the Los Angeles Region.  Bixel Exchange focuses on leveling the playing field in entrepreneurship and innovation by helping under resourced and under represented entrepreneurs gain access to the financial and social capital needed to succeed.

We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, since we work with entrepreneurs on an individual and customized basis. Founders drive their progress using our OKR framework.

Eligibility

Everyone is required to fill out our application and non-disclosure agreement (641 Form). All applicants are required to submit a pitch deck and/or business model canvas. Your pitch deck and/or business model canvas is essential to better understand you, your company, the problem you're solving and your current company stage.

Due to federal funding, we cannot work with the following startups:
  • Direct and indirect marijuana businesses
  • Hemp-related businesses
  • Businesses that gain revenue from gambling activities
