Description
Cowtown Angels members must be accredited investors who agree to actively participate in the group process through selection, funding, and mentorship.
- Guests can attend up to two events (either our Forums or Deep Dive events) before deciding on applying for an annual membership with the group.
- Individual membership is $1,500 per year as an active member and gets you access to all deal flow and all investment events. We also offer couple memberships for $2,000. Memberships can start at any time.
- The minimum investment amount per member per deal is $10,000. There is no requirement of investment amounts per year but if you do invest the minimum amount is required. Companies can also set their own minimums which can be higher and range from $25k to $100k which the group will always negotiate on.
- We have nine investment cycles each year. We take off March, August, and December. You can see the full calendar of events on the Cowtown Angels website.
- We have a Membership Council that is available to connect with to talk all things angel investing.
Process
Step 1: Be a guest of Cowtown Angels during our investment cycle events (Forum and Deep Dive) for a max of two visits.
Step 2: After attending as a guest, we will email you the formal application for membership.
Step 3: The Membership Council votes on your application.
Step 4: If accepted, we move forward with onboarding by sending your membership agreement and invoice.
