NAR REACH is the premier real estate technology growth accelerator created by Second Century Ventures and backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. It helps proptech and adjacent technology companies scale by providing industry-focused education, deep mentorship from executives, strategic networking, market exposure, and access to one of the world’s largest real estate ecosystems. Since its launch in 2013, the program has supported 300+ global companies across residential, commercial, and international cohorts, helping them refine strategy, connect with real estate leaders, and accelerate growth within the real estate sector. 

Eligibility

Technology startups targeting real estate and adjacent markets such as residential, commercial, mortgage, insurance, home services, and related segments.
• Founders ready to engage deeply with industry stakeholders and adapt their solutions to real estate enterprise use cases.
• Startups with product market relevance and traction that can benefit from tailored guidance and industry access. 
• Willingness to attend key events and participate actively in mentorship, networking, and scaling activities. 

Process

Application & Selection: Founders apply online; REACH selects a cohort of promising technology companies for its growth accelerator program each year. 

Kickoff & Orientation: Cohort starts with orientation and alignment sessions where goals and milestones are set. 

Curriculum & Mentorship: Participants engage in ongoing mentorship from real estate executives, industry specialists, and REACH partners. 

Industry Events: Startups attend sector-specific events, roundtables, and Demo Days to showcase their solutions to prominent organizations, investors, and network partners. 

Ongoing Support: REACH provides access to its global network of alumni, mentors, and industry connections, facilitating long-term growth beyond the formal program period.
