Description
Springboard Enterprises is a nonprofit global accelerator and network that propels the growth of women-led, high-growth potential companies especially in technology, life sciences, healthcare, and related innovation sectors. It equips entrepreneurs with strategic advisory teams, deep networks, expert mentors, and pitch forums to strengthen business models and connect them to capital and industry partners — all without taking equity or direct investment in the companies.
Eligibility
• Companies must be women-led with high-growth potential, often with technology or innovation at their core.
• Founders should be ready for strategic scaling, investor engagement, and business development.
• Each program track may have specific focus criteria (e.g., healthcare innovation, women’s health, retail tech).
• There are no publicly published strict revenue, traction, or profitability thresholds delineated as universal requirements; program fit is assessed individually.
Process
-
Application & Selection: Founders apply online to specific accelerator tracks (e.g., Healthcare & Technology, Women’s Health).
-
Program Launch & Bootcamp: Selected companies participate in high-value programming, including bootcamps and workshops.
-
Advisory Matching: Participants are paired with a personal advisory team drawn from Springboard’s network of investors, executives, and experts.
-
Mentorship & Growth Support: Advisory teams and workshops help refine business strategy, investor positioning, and scaling pathways.
-
Showcase & Pitch Events: Programs often culminate in demo days and Dolphin Tank events where companies present to investor audiences and industry partners.
