Description
DivInc is a nonprofit entrepreneur support organization and startup accelerator founded to generate social and economic equity through entrepreneurship. It provides early-stage founders — especially people of color and women entrepreneurs — with education, mentorship, community, and access to networks and resources designed to accelerate startup growth and long-term success. Its core accelerator programs run over ~12 weeks and include structured curricula, expert mentoring, and access to corporate and ecosystem partners.
Eligibility
• For-profit startup ventures with scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Founders who are people of color or women — equity focus in founder representation.
• Must be able to commit to cohort engagement hours and participate in workshops and mentoring.
• Early stage with MVP or product ready for scaling is typical in past accelerator descriptions.
Process
Application Submission: Founders apply to one of DivInc’s accelerator programs or development tracks via the website.
Selection & Onboarding: Accepted teams are invited to participate in cohort programming alongside mentors and peers.
Program Engagement: Over ~12 weeks founders engage in workshops, one-on-one coaching, market readiness sessions, and network activities.
Demo & Pitch Opportunities: Programs often culminate with demo days or similar investor/community showcases.
Post-Program Support: Alumni access ongoing community, mentoring, and resource networks.
What an Applicant can Obtain
