LeanMastery Incubator is an online, lean-startup incubator designed to help founders systematically build, validate, and grow their startups using proven lean innovation tools, expert coaching, and milestone-oriented guides. It provides founders with personalized coaching, structured frameworks and lean startup resources to accelerate early customer discovery, product validation, and business model development without requiring equity or investor relinquishment.
Eligibility
• Founders and early-stage entrepreneurs ready to work 15–20 hours per week on their startup.
• Teams with a clear problem and customer segment to validate using lean methods.
• Participants with access to basic tools (laptop, internet) and ability to engage in scheduled coaching and activities.
• There are no strict revenue or funding stage requirements publicly published; eligibility is driven by readiness to follow the lean development process.
Process

Application Submission: Founders apply with details about their startup and founder background; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Selection & Onboarding: If accepted, founders begin participation in the incubator cohort and are assigned an expert coach.
