MoonshotNX Capital Stack Accelerator™ is a founder-first early-stage acceleration and funding program that blends non-dilutive grants, flexible STACK Note™ investment, and follow-on capital readiness to help startups build strong businesses and attract institutional funding. Founders gain access to grant capital, milestone-driven funding up to ~$250,000, weekly investor matching, pitch opportunities, and tech/perk credits valued over $2.5M to accelerate growth without early equity dilution. 

Eligibility

Early-stage startups seeking validation and scalable growth.
Teams capable of launching a product or MVP and ready to pursue grant and STACK Note pathways.
Founders willing to engage with investor networks and advisory programming. 

Process

  1. Application Submission: Founders join MoonshotNX via the online application or onboarding process. 

  2. Grant Eligibility: Accepted early-stage teams are eligible for up to $50,000 in non-dilutive grant funding (no equity, no repayment). 

  3. STACK Note Qualification: Companies that complete advisory and milestone criteria become prioritized for STACK Note™ funding through the Moonshot M1 Fund ($100K–$250K). 

  4. Investor Access: Founders receive weekly investor matching, pitch practice, and placement opportunities with a broad global VC/angel network. 

  5. Follow-On Support: After early funding, teams are positioned for larger institutional rounds with coordinated fund partner support.
