The Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA) is a non-profit entrepreneurial support organization founded to help women business owners launch, grow, and scale their ventures through education, peer support, mentoring, accountability groups, and facilitated cohort programs. WSBA fosters community, builds business confidence, and equips founders with the tools needed to refine business models, grow revenue, and expand professional networks.
Eligibility
• Women entrepreneurs and business owners at various stages of business development.
• Those seeking structured business formation support (e.g., Inspired Entrepreneur cohort) or ongoing peer and mentor networks through programs like Power Circles and Mentor Match.
• WSBA offerings serve founders whether they are launching for the first time, refining business fundamentals, or navigating growth phases.
Process

Program Inquiry & Enrollment: Interested women entrepreneurs learn about WSBA offerings and enroll in appropriate programs (e.g., The Inspired Entrepreneur).

Structured Business Development: In The Inspired Entrepreneur accelerator, founders participate in sessions where they build a complete business plan, conduct market research, define pricing and sales pipelines, and develop pitches.

Mentoring & Peer Support: Participants engage in mentoring, peer group sessions such as Power Circles, and one-on-one mentor matching based on business goals.

Presentation & Implementation: Some programs culminate with presentations (e.g., elevator pitch to judges) and application of actionable plans back into the business.
