InnoVenture Labs (formerly North Shore InnoVentures) is a nonprofit technology incubator in Beverly, Massachusetts that supports early-stage biotech and cleantech companies by providing shared lab facilities, specialized equipment, mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs and advisors, and business support services. The incubator’s mission is to help scientific ventures accelerate development, conserve capital, build stronger teams, and achieve key technical and funding milestones, empowering startups to commercialize their technologies with greater odds of success. 

Eligibility

Early-stage biotech and cleantech companies requiring wet labs, scientific equipment, and technical resources.
• Founders seeking mentoring, expert guidance, and infrastructure support to advance technical and business milestones.

Process

  1. Inquiry & Interest: Founders contact InnoVenture Labs to express interest in incubation membership and resource access. 
  2. Fit Evaluation: The incubator assesses fit based on technology domain (biotech or cleantech), lab resource needs, and team readiness
  3. Acceptance & Onboarding: Selected startups gain access to physical facilities, mentoring, and programming
  4. Program Engagement: Member companies engage in business basics, mentoring, workshops, technical support, and ecosystem networking tailored to their technical growth.
