The Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a global entrepreneurial leadership development program that supports founders, innovators, and early-stage startup teams through a structured 12-month fellowship that includes weekly sessions, leadership training, cohort workshops, mentorship, and peer support. SLP helps founders build leadership, resilience, strategic thinking, and execution capability, forming a lifelong network of entrepreneurial peers to accelerate personal and company growth.

Eligibility

Entrepreneurs or founding team members building early-stage startups or ventures.
• Individuals with ambition to grow leadership capability and build resilient companies.
• No publicly published strict revenue, incorporation, or traction thresholds — eligibility is based on founder potential and program fit.

Process

Application Submission: Founders and entrepreneurial leaders complete an online application detailing their background, venture, and leadership goals.

Selection & Interview: A review committee selects candidates based on entrepreneurial potential, team quality, and leadership aspirations.

Cohort Enrollment: Selected participants join a 12-month global fellowship program with weekly sessions, workshops, and mentor interactions.
