Through a proven three-phase journey — Bootcamp, Land, and Business Development — the program equips founders with go-to-market insights, strategic validation support, intro opportunities in NYC and San Francisco, mentoring, and ecosystem connections essential for international growth.
Eligibility

• Founders committed to international expansion and participation in the program phases.

Process
Application & Selection: Founders apply for cohort participation through the SaaS Lander portal.
Bootcamp: Startups refine their pitches, sales decks, and U.S. go-to-market strategy with coaching and mentoring sessions.
Land: Founders travel to the U.S. (e.g., NYC and San Francisco) for intensive in-market engagement, demo nights, networking, and strategic meetings.
Business Development: After in-market immersion, startups implement learnings, test market fit, and pursue potential partnerships and customer development.
