Description

Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center (PASBDC) is a statewide, publicly funded economic development network that provides no-cost consulting, training, and technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses across Pennsylvania. Operated as a partnership among the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and universities across the state, PASBDC’s mission is to help businesses start, grow, and succeed—it is not an equity investor or VC fund.

Organizational Role
