Description
North Coast Ventures (NCV) is a Cleveland, Ohio–based early-stage venture capital and angel investment organization that evolved from the North Coast Angel Fund into a structured member-driven investment network and multi-fund platform focused on backing technology companies with high growth potential. NCV leverages its 400+ investor members — including seasoned entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders — to provide both capital and strategic support to early-stage startups.

Invests broadly in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, advanced technology, and scalable software, with a heavy presence in the Midwest and national network syndications.
Founders typically engage through direct submissions via the NCV website, warm intros to its screening committee, or ecosystem referrals from partner accelerators and angel networks.
