NCW Tech Alliance is a nonprofit technology association based in North Central Washington (Wenatchee, WA) focused on growing, connecting, and advocating for the regional tech and innovation ecosystem. Founded in 1999, it serves as a backbone organization supporting startups, entrepreneurs, technologists, and remote workers through community programs, talent development, and access to capital pathways.
Pre-Seed / Seed (Ecosystem Support): Does not directly invest as a fund, but actively supports pre-seed and seed-stage startups through programming, pitch events, and investor connections.
Venture Readiness: Emphasis on preparing early-stage companies for angel and VC funding rather than deploying capital directly.

Process

Mentorship & Feedback: Founders receive structured feedback from operators, mentors, and visiting investors.
Investor Exposure: Companies are introduced to angels, seed funds, and public–private capital partners through demo-style events.
No Direct Deal Structuring: Investment terms are handled independently between founders and external investors.
