Everywhere Ventures

Backing founders, everywhere.

New York, NY, USA

Description

Everywhere Ventures (formerly The Fund) is an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City that is powered by a global network of over 500 founders and operators. It is a "founder-first" fund that invests in companies where technology is used to reshape how the world lives and works.
  • Pre-Seed & Seed: This is the firm’s primary focus. They are often the first institutional check in a startup.
  • Target Stage: They invest in startups that are in the "0-to-1" phase, prioritizing companies with early product signals or high-conviction founding teams.
Everywhere Ventures operates a unique, community-driven investment model.
  • Method: Founders typically apply or are referred through the Everywhere Ventures website.
  • Founder Network: A significant portion of their deal flow comes from their "Everywhere Community"—a group of 500+ limited partners (LPs) who are themselves successful tech founders and executives.
  • Selection: They look for "outsized" global potential in three core verticals.

Eligibility

  • Three Core Verticals: Money (Fintech), Health (Healthtech/Bio), and Work (B2B SaaS/Future of Work).
  • Geography: Global. They have invested in over 30 countries across the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
  • Traction: While revenue is not always required for Pre-Seed, they seek teams with a unique technical wedge or significant domain expertise.

Process

  1. Founder Screening: Initial review by the investment team and community experts.
  2. High-Velocity Vetting: Known for a fast and transparent decision-making process that respects the founder's time.
  3. Community Diligence: Leveraging their network of 500+ operators to provide deep-dive technical and market feedback on potential investments.
  4. Value-Add: Post-investment, they provide a "global support system," connecting founders to hiring resources, customers, and follow-on investors.

What an Applicant can Obtain

  1. Strategic Capital: Access to funding from an institutional firm with a massive portfolio (300+ companies).
  2. Global Support System: Direct access to a Slack community and platform of 500+ operators who can act as "shadow co-founders."
  3. Hiring & PR Support: Assistance with early-stage recruitment and high-visibility media opportunities.
  4. Follow-on Network: Strong connections to Tier-1 Series A firms for subsequent raises.
