  • Method: Founders apply through the official Delaware Crossing portal, which is hosted on the Dealum platform.
  • Materials: A standard submission requires a pitch deck, executive summary, and 3-year financial projections.
  • Fee: There is a nominal $150 application fee to cover the administrative costs of the screening process.

Eligibility

  • Geography: Primarily targets companies in the Mid-Atlantic region (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland).
  • Sector: Industry-agnostic, with historical strength in SaaS, MedTech, Consumer Products, and Fintech.
  • Scalability: Must demonstrate a clear competitive advantage and a path to a significant exit within 5–7 years.

  3. Member Meeting: Finalists are invited to pitch to the full network of 40+ accredited investors during monthly dinner meetings.
  4. Due Diligence: If members express interest, a collaborative due diligence team is formed to conduct a 4-to-8 week review of financials, IP, and legal status.
