Series A: They also participate in Series A rounds, and recently launched a new pre-seed fund called Cowtown Seed to support companies earlier in their journey.
Traction Required: Applicants should have a developed product or one near completion and evidence of existing or potential customers.
Method: Founders must apply via the online portal on the Cowtown Angels website, typically using the Dealum platform.

Fees: There is a $250 administrative fee if a company is selected to present at the monthly Forum events.

Screening: A screening committee reviews applications and selects 3-4 companies for presentation to the full group.
Forum (Pitch Meeting): Selected founders give a 10-minute pitch and Q&A session to active members.
Deep Dive: Interested investors can participate in an informal discussion and exploration with the startup team the Wednesday after the Forum.
Due Diligence & Investment: A deal lead manages the due diligence process. Individual members make independent investment decisions, and a term sheet is drafted.
