Process

1. Online Application: Founders submit materials through the portal. Applications for monthly cycles are typically due by the last Wednesday of the previous month.
2. Screening: A screening committee reviews applications and selects 3-4 companies for presentation to the full group.
3. Forum (Pitch Meeting): Selected founders give a 10-minute pitch and Q&A session to active members.
4. Deep Dive: Interested investors can participate in an informal discussion and exploration with the startup team the Wednesday after the Forum.
5. Due Diligence & Investment: A deal lead manages the due diligence process. Individual members make independent investment decisions, and a term sheet is drafted.
