Process

1. Online Application: Founders submit their plan and pitch deck via the online platform.
2. Screening Committee: A selection committee reviews applications and determines which ideas may interest their members.
3. Presentation to Membership: Selected companies present to the full membership at an event, with 10 minutes for pitching and 10 minutes for Q&A.
4. Due Diligence: Interested individual investors conduct thorough due diligence, including verifying information in the business plan and financial projections.
5. Term Sheet Negotiation: A term sheet is negotiated if there is sufficient interest, defining the investment structure.
6. Funding: Once terms are finalized, individual investors commit capital and provide ongoing mentorship and support.

What an Applicant can Obtain

• Capital: Access to a network of 50+ accredited investors for early-stage funding. Total funding rounds often reach between $500,000 and $2 million when investors co-invest.
