We are passionate about helping faith-forward entrepreneurs and fund managers.

Dallas, TX, USA

Description

Ambassador’s Impact Network (AIN) is an early-stage angel investing network based in Dallas, Texas, that connects faith-driven entrepreneurs with like-minded investors. Applicants must complete a simple online application providing information about their faith-forward company or fund.

  • Criteria: Ideal candidates are entrepreneurs who intentionally integrate Gospel impact into their operations, products, or services.
  • Financial Health: Companies should be post-revenue and projected to break even within 18 months if not yet profitable.
  • Excluded Stages: They do not invest in pre-revenue or concept-stage businesses.

Eligibility

  • Leadership: Must be led by a Jesus-following founder, CEO, or management team committed to blessing employees and the community.
  • Financial Threshold: The company must be raising between $200,000 and $5,000,000 (or more) with a solid use-of-funds plan.
  • Geography: Primarily focused on U.S.-based companies, though open to international opportunities with trusted advisors.
  • Industry: Agnostic, considering any sector demonstrating Christian values in operations.

Process

The network follows a streamlined, transparent process:

  1. Initial Review: The team reviews the application for potential fit with its members.
  2. Request for Detail: If a fit is identified, AIN asks for more in-depth company information.
  3. Pitch: Based on member interest, founders may be invited to pitch via Zoom or in person.
  4. Due Diligence: AIN coordinates due diligence on behalf of its members.
  5. Direct Investment: Interested members invest directly in the company or fund.
