Geography: They make initial investments globally, but the Medici Project grants are limited to teams based in North America.

Onboarding: Successful investments kick off with an onboarding meeting within a week of deal closure.
Ongoing Support: They provide weekly peer-support calls, mock board meetings, and a very active community group for hiring and advice.
